Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. If a flower arrangement is unavailable, we will contact you for a suitable replacement.
We require approximately 12 hours in advance to accomodate for orders. If you have an urgent order below this cut off time, please contact us at hello@aboveandblossom.com and we will try our best to accomodate for your needs.
Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Product images are only samples as to what your final product will look like. By placing an order, you acknowledge this.
Delivery & Pick Up Policy
We offer local delivery within Metropolitan Melbourne.
Delivery areas, fees, timeframes, and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
By placing an order, you agree that if the recipient is unavailable, we can leave the order unattended.
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional charges or delays.
Pick up times are only an estimated time, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery times are only an estimated time, you will receive an email notification when your delivery driver is on the way.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.
