where do you deliver to?

how much does delivery cost?

our delivery is a flat fee of $15 and free for orders over $200

do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?

yes, we offer both same day delivery and pickup if you place an order before 6am

can I choose a specific delivery time?

we offer delivery with estimated times, we can't guarantee exact times. if you have special requests, let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate them!

do you offer pick up and where?

yes we have a pickup option available! our studio is located in brighton east for pick up only

what happens if no one is home to receive the flowers?

if no one is home to receive the flowers, our couriers will do their best to leave the flowers in a safe spot or try their best to follow any special instructions provided during checkout. if necessary, we'll contact the recipient to arrange an alternative time for delivery. please refer to our shipping policy.

how big are your bouquets?

our baby size is roughly 6-8 stems. classic size is roughly 12-14 stems. large size is roughly 18-20 stems. XXL size is roughly 24-26 stems. for a more visual size reference please visit our instagram

are your florals as accurate as the photo?

due to availability and how some flowers are not in season, we may not be able to get certain flowers but we will do our best to recreate what is in the photos

what if I want a bouquet or arrangement that’s not on your website?

at the moment we aren’t able to take on full custom bouquet requests. however, if you have a colour palette in mind, feel free to add it to your order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate

do you offer flower subscriptions?

yes we have subscriptions. please contact us and we can organise one for you
