Do you offer same-day delivery?
Our cut off time is 10pm the night before for all deliveries, to see if any available spots open for delivery feel free to reach out to us via email at hello@aboveandblossom.com

Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We’re unable to guarantee exact delivery times. Deliveries are made within designated delivery windows depending on your suburb and order type.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t home, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe place where possible. If it’s unsafe to leave the order, we’ll contact the sender to arrange an alternative delivery. Please note a re delivery fee of $15.00 will apply if we are unable to deliver your florals.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
While we always work to the same style and colour palette shown, flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. At Above & Blossom we believe that no arrangement should be exactly the same, the images provided are a rough guide to the vibe, colour palette and seasonal florals of the bouquet. This means your arrangement may vary slightly but it will always be designed with the same care and aesthetic.
If a specific flower is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping fee is $15.00, and free for orders over $200.00. If your suburb isn't listed we charge a higher delivery rate, feel free to reach out via email to see if we can accomodate your bouquet delivery.
