Order Processing
We require approximately 12 hours in advance to accomodate for orders. If you have an urgent order below this cut off time, please contact us at hello@aboveandblossom.com and we will try our best to accomodate for your needs.
Pick up times are only an estimated time, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup along with the studio address.
Delivery times are only an estimated time, you will receive an email notification when your delivery driver is on the way.
We offer both same day delivery and pickup if you place an order before 6am

Free delivery on orders over $200
Additional charges may apply for rush orders or deliveries outside our standard service area.
Delivery Policy
We will attempt delivery at the provided address during the scheduled estimated time.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
- Leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour.
- Reschedule delivery (additional fees may apply).
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional charges or delays.
By placing an order, you agree that if the recipient is unavailable, we can leave the order unattended.
Weather & Unforeseen Delays
Extreme weather or unexpected events may affect delivery times. We will notify customers of any delays.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and non-refundable.
